2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as nature and purpose of their usage

a) When visiting our website
When you access our website certain data is sent to our server by your terminal device. This information is stored temporarily in a so-calles Logfile.
In the course of this procedure, the following data is collected and stored, without any action on your part, until the time of automatic deletion:
– IP-adress of the requesting computer,
– date and time of the access,
– name and URL of the retrieved file,
– the website you were referred from (referrer URL),
– web broser used and if necessary the operating system of your computer as well the name of your access-provider.
The mentioned data shall be used by use for the following purposes:
– guarantee of a smooth connection establishment of our website,
– guarantee of a convenient use of our website,
– evaluation of system security and – stablilty, was well as
– for further adminstrative purposes.

The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our justitiable interest results from above-mentioned purposes for processing of data. In no case, the data collected are used to draw a conclusion of your person.
Furthermore we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. More details can be found in Note 4 and 5 of this data protection declaration.

3. Information disclosure

A transmission of your personal information to third parties for other purposes than mentioned below will not take place.
We only provide your personal information to third parties, when:
– you gave us your explicit authorisation pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO,
– the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO is needed for assertion, exertion or vindication of legel claims and when there is no reason to believe that you have a predominant worth protecting interest in non-disclosure of your data,
– the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO is legally bound and
– the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO is permitted by law and when it is needed for the settlement oft he terms and conditions of the contract.

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small data files, that are created automatically by your browser and that are stored on your terminal device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, and the like) while visiting our homepage. Cookies do not cause any harm, do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.

5. Rights of persons concerned

You have the following rights:
Pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO, you can request information about the personal data processed by us. In particular you can request information about the purpose of processing, the category of personal data, the category of recipients, the scheduled storage period, the insistence of the right of adjustment, deletion, restriction of processing or contradiction, the insistence of a right to appeal for demanding information about the origin of your data, if not collected by us, as well as the insistence of an automated decision making.

Pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, you can request immediate correction of wrong or completion of your personal data, that is stored by us;
pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, you can request the deletion of your stored personal data, insofar as the processing is not necessary for exertion of a right of free expression and information, of a legal obligation and insofar as it is not important for the public benefit;
pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, you can request the limitation of processing of your personal data, insofar as the accurancy of your data is denied by you, or insofar as the processing is illegitimate, but you want to reject the deletion and we do not need the data anymore, but you appealed against the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO;
pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO you can request a structured common machine-readable format with your personal data or you can request the tramsmission to an other responsible person;

pursuant to Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO you can revoke your once issued approval with us. This means that we are not allowed to process your data any longer for the future and
pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO you can complain at a supervisory authority. Usually, you can contact the supervisory authoriry of your common abode or workplace or of our domicile.

6. Right of objection

As long as you personal data is processed by us, based on justified interests, pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right of objection against processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, as long as there are reasons caused by your special situation or in the case that the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case you have a general right of objection, that will be implemented by us, without disclosure of a special situation.

7. Data security

While visiting our website, we use the distributed SSL-method (Secure Socket Layer) in conjuction with the respectively highest encryption, that is supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 Bit encryption. In the case that your browser can not support a 256 Bit encryption, we rely on a 128 Bit v3 technology.
Whether a single page of our website is transmitted encrypted, you can see by a closed padlock or key icon shown in the status bar at the bottom of your browser.
Apart from that, we apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your personal data against manipulation, partial or full loss and against unauthorised access by third parties.
Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

This data protection declaration is currently valid and dated May 2018.
