Due to investments in the locations and in the capacities of the machine park over the last years, M&S Gruseck GmbH has become a competent manufacturing partner for mechanical- and plant engineering. Production of complex units from engineering, over welding units, heat treatment, mechanical tooling including pre-assembly inside the plant up to logistics and assembly on-site. The company provides all this from a single source. Solutions with oversize as well as in the heavy-load sector are also feasible.

INDUCTIVE CATENARY CURVE

Final assembly in cooperation as well as the production of all steel constructions including mechanical tooling were part of this project of this inductive chain remuneration line in our plant in Grafenhausen. Current capacities as hall height, lifting capacity of the cranes as well as the cooperation of our team consisting of experienced production planners, fitters, welders, CNC-specialists and technicians made an extremly short realisation and production within only 6 weeks after incoming order possible.

As a licenced welding company pursuant to DIN/EN 1090, complex building components with great strains have become standard für M&S Gruseck GmbH in the meantime. Apart from creating the appropriate welding schedules, also the correct implementation of the welds by highly complicated welded connections, supervision, recording and monitoring oft he welds (in this case also by pressure tests) have become norm.

Separation

The construction of separation systems by M&S Gruseck GmbH, including construction, CE-cerfitication, on-site launch and service has been including in the portfolio of the company for years. At the end of the year 2018 there was an inquiry from Herrenknecht AG for a very special separation plant by means of drum screen technology. A common, partner-like development of the most complex demands were implemented by the employees within no time. The trial operation including detailed approval of the twin installation took place in spring 2019, after only 4 months of project phase.
